Welcome to the MWFYSC Website
We are a State run juvenile multi-purpose facility. Opened in 1997, the facility is one of three facilities in the Central Region. Residents here include detention, sentence and committed youth and come from eleven Colorado counties. In partnership with the 18th Judicial District, Senate Bill 94, and numerous community partners, the "Foote Center" takes great pride in the variety of programs and services provided to our residents, and by our residents for the community. Restorative Community Justice is one of our highest values, and is reflected in the programming seen at MWFYSC.
